These demonstrate how a straightforward alteration could turn the apartment into a comfortable two-bedroom home.
The bathroom is particularly spacious and features both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The apartment also has a separate toilet and practical storage space.
The balcony provides a pleasant private outdoor area, completing the apartment’s appeal. Underfloor heating, high-performance insulating glazing and mechanical ventilation add to its comfort. The property has an energy rating of B.
