Within walking distance are many amenities such as the Oosterpark, the Amstel and the Tropenmuseum. The shopping center Oostpoort is easy to reach. In the neighborhood are many 'hip' cozy (dining) cafes, restaurants and cultural entertainment venues.

Very nearby is a metro stop and in less than 10 minutes you cycle to the heart of the city center. Very convenient location for the A2 and A10, metro stations, University and Hogeschool van Amsterdam and De Pijp. The apartment is easily accessible by car from the ring road A2 and A10 and almost always space to park in front of the door. There are several tram stops near, inter alia, tram line 3, 7, and metro line 51, 53, 54 and bus line 37. The railway station Amsterdam Amstel and Amsterdam Muiderpoort are within walking distance. There can be parked through the permit system and there is currently no waiting time for this.
